Bouquet Garni is the name for aromatic garnish made of herbs to enhance stocks and stews. It size depends of the volume of liquid to be processed. It is mainly necessary if you want your sauce to have an herb flavor but for them to be appearing.
Time of Execution: 3 minutes
Tools: 20 ply Twine, small knife
Ingredients:- to convert - Thyme-parsley stems- Laurel leaves-
Steps: 1) Assemble the herbs in one hand while you roll the twine around them. Tied up and cut the string. You can leave a few feet of twine to attach the bundle to the side of the pot, making it more easy to fish it out after it's cooked.
